Manang-Marsyangdi Hydropower Projectमनाङ मर्स्याङ्दी जलविद्युत आयोजना
A 135 MW peaking run-of-river project at Chame, Manang, on the Marsyangdi River, developed by a Butwal Power Company–Chinese joint venture and built by Sinohydro Bureau 7 under EPC. Financial closure with China EXIM Bank was completed and construction began in late 2024, on a 42-month schedule. It is the first of a planned three-project Marsyangdi cascade.
